Most agencies sell you a project and vanish at launch. This exists because the useful work starts exactly where they stop.
I'm Chris Katzer. I design, build and continuously improve websites that help businesses grow.
Over the past two decades I've founded several companies — most recently Fiberseats, a German maker of carbon-fibre office chairs — and built every one of their websites myself. Pairing an entrepreneur's sense for what actually drives revenue with a designer's eye for craft taught me something early, and it never left me: a website is never finished.
Every number is published before you talk to me. No "contact us for a quote", no discovery call whose real purpose is to guess your budget.
Your content, your brand, your domain — always yours, and they leave with you the day you decide to go. The site I design and run is part of the service, which keeps this a partnership, not a page you'd take and walk. No lock-in, cancel any time.
"Fast" and "accessible" are marketing words until someone publishes a number. Every performance claim on this site links to a score you can reproduce.
I take on a small number of clients, because the monthly work is real work. If your project isn't a fit, I'll say so on the first call instead of selling you a plan.
Most sites launch and stop. Mine never do.
Instead of shipping a website and hoping for the best, I spent years doing the opposite — watching how visitors actually behaved, sharpening the message, smoothing the experience, and tuning every detail that could turn a visit into a customer. Somewhere in there it stopped being a task and became the thing I care about most: websites that don't just look exceptional, but consistently perform.
They launch, they sit untouched, and they quietly go out of date. Yet for most businesses the website is the very first thing a potential customer meets — and first impressions are unforgiving, while what customers expect keeps moving.
No large fee upfront, no disappearing after launch. I work on a simple monthly subscription: no expensive setup, unlimited changes included, and real improvement every month — content, design, conversions, new ideas — so your website keeps evolving alongside your business.
Because the best-performing websites are never finished. They're continuously improved.
I'm not the cheapest. There is a crowded market of €20–100/month providers in Germany renting out templates, and if all you need is a business card on the internet, one of them will serve you well and I'll happily point you at them.
I'm also not a fifteen-person agency. You will never be handed to a junior. The flip side is capacity: I can only run a limited number of sites properly at once.
Based in Germany, working with German and international clients. Sites are hosted in the EU, built to BFSG accessibility requirements and DSGVO-compliant from the first line of code — not retrofitted after a warning letter arrives.
